Leadership Training with the Banana Moon Franchise

Last week, our Nursery Manager Lauren had the fantastic opportunity to attend a management training session delivered by the Banana Moon Franchise. The training was supported by Declan and Nic, Early Years Support Officers from Banana Moon, and brought together fellow Banana Moon managers from across Aberdeen.

It was a positive and insightful experience, providing the opportunity to share ideas, reflect on best practice, and further develop leadership skills that support our children, families, and team.

A key focus of the training was exploring the Curriculum for Excellence, allowing us to reflect on how we continue to provide high-quality, child-led learning experiences and achieve positive outcomes for every child.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Amanda, our Operational Director, for continually reviewing the development needs across our nurseries and working closely with Banana Moon to organise valuable and impactful training opportunities for our teams. Your support truly makes a difference.

We are proud to be part of such a supportive and forward-thinking franchise and look forward to bringing everything learned back into practice within the nursery.
