A Special Doric Story Time at the Nursery

📚✨ A Very Special Story Time ✨📚

Today we were delighted to welcome Mike, one of our wonderful Mini Moon parents, who visited the nursery to read Doric stories to our Full Moon and Mini Moon children.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience, listening attentively as the stories were shared. The room was filled with smiles, excitement, and plenty of laughter as everyone joined in the fun of story time together.

Hearing stories in Doric provided a valuable opportunity for the children to experience and celebrate our local language and culture. Activities like this help support children’s language development, listening skills, and confidence, while also strengthening the connection between home and the nursery.

Most importantly, it shows children that reading is enjoyable, meaningful, and something that can be shared with others.

A huge thank you to Mike for taking the time to give the children such a joyful and memorable experience.
