Our Team Attends the ELC Festival of Learning
ELC Learning Festival
This morning, Serena and Denisa, along with our very own Moon, had the pleasure of attending the Festival of Learning, a fantastic event focused on professional development within early years education.
The event was opened by Dr Stella Louis, who spoke about the vital role that movement plays in children’s learning and development. She highlighted how physical activity supports engagement, wellbeing, and curiosity, and how children learn best when they are able to explore their environment through active, play-based experiences. Her message reinforced the importance of child-led learning and the role of movement in supporting young children to thrive.
It was a truly inspiring morning filled with valuable discussions around learning, development, and reflective practice. We enjoyed hearing different perspectives, connecting with other early years professionals, and gathering fresh ideas that we look forward to bringing back to the nursery.
Events like this remind us of the importance of continuous learning, collaboration, and always striving to provide the very best experiences for our children and families.
