Last night, our amazing team took part in a training session led by our management team, focusing on how we can extend and enrich children’s learning using our Early Learning and Development Programme (ELDP).

The ELDP is our nursery’s curriculum framework, designed to support children’s learning and development through five key principles:
👶 Child Development
💖 Wellbeing
📚 Pedagogy
🌿 Environment
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families

During the session, we explored how these principles guide us when setting up meaningful experiences, creating enabling environments, and supporting each child’s unique learning journey.

It was a fantastic evening of reflection, collaboration, and professional growth — all helping us to continue providing the very best start for every child. 💛🌙
