This week, our wonderful team came together with Lauren and Serena for a refreshing and supportive session, designed to build confidence and knowledge in extending children’s learning, guided by our Early Years Support Officer, Declan. 💡✨

The evening focused on:
✔️ Understanding child development and pedagogy
✔️ Exploring high-quality interactions
✔️ Learning how to extend children’s learning in daily practice
✔️ Reflecting on teamwork and professional growth

Through group discussions, self-reflection, and interactive tasks, we deepened our understanding of the ELDP and RTA, and explored what a holistic approach to pedagogy means for us as a nursery.
