Nursery Baking Week and Bake Sale Begins at Banana Moon Dyce

Our Nursery Baking Week and Bake Sale is now officially underway at Banana Moon Dyce, and we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful families and staff who have already donated such fantastic baked treats.

This special week is all about bringing our nursery community together through fun, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, confidence and family engagement. Throughout the week, the children will be taking part in a variety of baking activities and experiences, supporting their learning through play while creating special memories with their friends and families.

We are also looking forward to welcoming families to our Parent and Child Baking Session taking place on Wednesday from 10:30am to 11:15am. This session provides a lovely opportunity for families to spend quality time together within the nursery environment while taking part in enjoyable baking activities alongside their children.

Experiences such as baking help to support children’s communication, confidence, creativity and early mathematical skills through meaningful, real-life learning opportunities.

We would like to thank everyone once again for their kindness, generosity and ongoing support in helping make Nursery Baking Week such a special experience for our children and families.
