This week, our amazing staff team came together to reflect on the new Quality Framework for Early Learning and Childcare 📘✨.

We shared ideas, asked questions, and explored how we can embed the guidance into our everyday practice 🌱💡. It was a brilliant opportunity to celebrate what we are already doing well 🎉, while also thinking about how we can grow and continue to provide the best possible experiences for our children and families 💛👶👧.

Moving forward, we’ll be using the framework to guide our planning, practice, and self-evaluation 📝🔍, ensuring our provision remains high-quality, reflective, and responsive to every child’s needs 🌟.
