Banana Moon Dyce Celebrates Chloe’s National Award Shortlisting

We are delighted to announce that Chloe has been shortlisted for the Expert Early Years Teacher of the Year Award 2026.

Chloe has been a valued member of the Banana Moon Dyce team since October 2015 and, throughout her time with us, has made a meaningful and lasting impact on so many children and families within our nursery community.

Her caring nature, kindness and reassuring approach are reflected in everything she does. Chloe has a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families, helping everyone feel welcomed, supported and valued from the very beginning of their nursery journey.

Through her dedication and passion for early years education, Chloe consistently creates a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident and encouraged to thrive. She is also a fantastic support to her colleagues, always willing to help and share her knowledge and experience with others.

Being shortlisted for this award is a wonderful achievement and a true reflection of Chloe’s professionalism, commitment and the positive difference she makes every single day at Banana Moon Dyce.
