Celebrating Our Team Following Our Recent Care Inspectorate Visit

Banana Moon Dyce recently welcomed the Care Inspectorate for an unannounced inspection, which took place over three days within the nursery.
Throughout the inspection, inspectors spent time observing practice across the setting, speaking with children, families and members of our team, reviewing documentation and gaining an insight into the experiences, care and learning opportunities provided for children at Banana Moon Dyce.
We were delighted with the positive feedback shared with us throughout the inspection process and are incredibly proud of the professionalism, commitment and dedication demonstrated by our entire team.
While we are unable to share the full findings or grades until the official Care Inspectorate report has been published, we are looking forward to sharing the report with our children, families and wider nursery community when it becomes publicly available.
Inspections provide an important opportunity to reflect on practice, recognise strengths and identify areas where we can continue to develop and improve. We welcomed the opportunity to demonstrate the work taking place throughout our nursery and to share the experiences and relationships that form such an important part of life at Banana Moon Dyce.
We would like to recognise every member of our team for their continued dedication to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for our children. Throughout the inspection, our practitioners continued to demonstrate the warm, nurturing and responsive relationships they build with children each day.
We are also incredibly proud of our children, who confidently welcomed the inspectors into their nursery. They shared their experiences, spoke about their learning and demonstrated the confidence, curiosity and sense of belonging that we work hard to foster throughout their time with us.
Our sincere thanks also go to the parents and carers who contributed to the inspection process by completing questionnaires and speaking with inspectors. Working in partnership with families is central to our approach, and we greatly appreciate the time taken to share feedback and experiences.
Although we are proud of the feedback received, our commitment to reflection and continuous improvement remains an important part of our practice. We will continue to evaluate, develop and strengthen the experiences we provide to ensure children and families receive high-quality care, learning and support.
We are incredibly proud of our entire Banana Moon Dyce community and look forward to sharing our official Care Inspectorate report once it has been published.
