Daffy Begins His Next Adventure at the Farm

We are delighted to share a special update about Daffy, the duckling who hatched here at Banana Moon Dyce.

After being part of such a meaningful experience within our nursery, Daffy has now moved to the farm to begin the next stage of his journey alongside another duckling. It has been wonderful to see him settling into his new environment so happily and confidently.

This experience provided our children with valuable opportunities to learn about life cycles, growth and caring for animals through real-life experiences and hands-on learning. Watching Daffy hatch and grow helped the children develop curiosity, compassion and a greater understanding of the world around them.

The children also explored the importance of caring for animals responsibly and understanding that, as animals grow, they sometimes move on to environments where they have more space and opportunities to thrive.

We are very proud to have been part of Daffy’s first chapter and look forward to sharing more updates from the farm in the future.
